Who we are

Visolute Pty Ltd (“UnifySig”, “we”) operates unifysig.com and the UnifySig service. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and act as a processor under the GDPR for customers in the EU and UK.

What we collect on this website

• Details you submit through the contact and launch-notification forms: name, work email, company, platform, seat estimate and your message.
• Server logs including IP address and user agent, kept for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• No advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts. The billing toggle on the pricing page uses session storage in your browser only.

What we collect in the service

When a customer connects a tenant we receive directory attributes for their users (such as name, title, department and phone numbers), group membership and organisational units, in order to build and assign email signatures. We do not receive or store the contents of emails. Full detail is on the security page.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, tell you when UnifySig launches, or set up your account.
• To provide, secure and support the service.
• To send service notices. Marketing email is opt-in and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Website form submissions are delivered by email to our team and stored in our CRM in Australia. Service data is stored in the region the customer selects. Our current sub-processors are listed on the security page.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@unifysig.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle customer data are notified by email 30 days in advance.
