One tenant, a handful of templates, everything applied properly.
Any mailbox that has a signature applied. Shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes and service accounts are free as long as they sit under an assignment rule you choose; only licensed people count.
Is there a minimum?
Starter has a 10-user minimum so the maths works for us. Business and Enterprise have no minimum, but Enterprise pricing is designed for 500+ seats.
When can we sign up?
UnifySig is in private preview ahead of full launch. Leave your email on the contact page and you will get one message when it is generally available, with early-access pricing for the first cohort. If you want a preview walkthrough before then, use the contact form.
Which currencies can we pay in?
USD by default. AUD, NZD and EUR are available on card and on invoice; pick the currency at checkout and it stays for the life of the subscription. Prices shown exclude tax. Australian customers are charged 10% GST on top.
Where is our data stored?
In the region you choose at sign-up: the United States, Australia or the European Union. Every plan gets the choice. Directory data, templates, rules, audit logs and backups stay in that region. Detail is on the security page.
Can we mix Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace?
Yes. Both tenants sit under one account and one bill. Users are counted once per person, even if they have a mailbox in both during a migration.
Do you charge for the marketing banner slot or click analytics?
No. Banners are on every plan. Click analytics is included in Business and Enterprise. There are no per-campaign or per-banner fees.
What happens if our headcount changes?
Monthly plans are billed on the seat count at the start of each month. Annual plans are true-up: add seats any time at the pro-rated annual rate, and reductions apply at renewal.
Can we pay by invoice?
Card by default. Annual Business and all Enterprise plans can be invoiced with 30-day terms in USD, AUD, NZD or EUR.
Is there a not-for-profit or education rate?
Yes: 30% off Business for registered charities, schools and public healthcare. Contact us with your registration details.
