Terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between Visolute Pty Ltd and the organisation that creates a UnifySig account (“you”). By connecting a tenant or paying for a plan you accept them. Enterprise customers may have a separate signed agreement that takes precedence.

The service

UnifySig applies email signatures to mail sent from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants you control, using the permissions you grant. You are responsible for the content of your signatures and for having the right to use any logos and text in them.

Plans and billing

• Monthly plans are billed in advance each month on the seat count at that date and can be cancelled any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
• Annual plans are billed in advance. Seats added mid-term are charged pro-rata; reductions apply at renewal.
• Prices are in US dollars unless you choose AUD, NZD or EUR at checkout, and exclude tax. Australian customers are charged 10% GST. We give 30 days’ notice of price changes, which apply from your next renewal.

Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability of the signature service and publish incidents on our status page. Service credits for Enterprise customers are set out in their agreement. Support response targets by plan are listed on the pricing page.

Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in theprivacy policy and our DPA. On termination we delete tenant data within 30 days, and you can disconnect the tenant yourself at any time from your admin console.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, or to attempt to access another customer’s data. We may suspend an account that does, after notice where practical.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
